Macy is a CFO with a diverse formidable 20-year Finance career. Throughout her tenure at Bear Stearns, JCrew, Madewell, and Rockets of Awesome, Macy developed expertise across venture-backed start-up businesses and large corporations.

Macy has held roles in Merchant Banking, Real Estate, Capital Planning, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Planning, and Human Resources.

Most recently, Macy drove the strategy and completion in the successful sale of Rockets of Awesome.

Through Crossroads Financial Consulting, Macy will now leverage her extensive strategic and operational knowledge and expertise to help her clients grow businesses responsibly, with a focus on profitability through achievable yet aspirational goals.  

Macy lives with her husband in Greenwich, CT where they are raising their two young children.
